Mike Davies – Managing Director

Mike Davies joined Norfolk and Suffolk in 1989 and became a Director in 1991. He has overseen many changes and, with the Company’s founder Paddy Hardiman, they have steered the Company through numerous changes within the Financial Services Industry aiming always to retain the confidence and trust which clients have shown in the firm.

As well as advising on all areas of financial planning for individuals and companies, Mike has been advising Trustees of Defined Benefit and Small Self-Administered Schemes for over 20 years.

Outside of work, after many years playing rugby for Lowestoft & Yarmouth, Mike now sails with his wife Ruth and when possible with his two daughters. He also enjoys cycling, running and skiing.
